Town of Greece Parks Department – New Storage Facility

Nichols Construction Team is proud to partner with the Town of Greece and UDN on the construction of a new 8,040 SF pole barn storage building at 3220 Latta Road. This purpose-built facility is designed to provide durable, functional space to support the Parks Department’s operations and growing needs.

The new structure will give the department greater capacity for storing equipment, vehicles, and seasonal materials—ensuring that the Town can continue to deliver high-quality maintenance and recreational services for the community.
