8,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center new build featuring 2 Operating Rooms, 7 Observation Rooms with supporting space for Customers and Staff. We worked closely with the Customer and Hyman Hayes Architects to deliver a high-design facility that not only meets all medical regulatory requirements, but provides Patients with a welcoming and comfortable environment. Pathfinder Engineers provided MEP Design. Crosby-Brownlie was the Mechanical Contractor and Landmark Electric provided the power systems. Tradestar Mechanical Systems installed the medical gasses network.
