Nichols Construction Team along with Dwyer Architects, was awarded the gratifying opportunity to construct and design UR Medicine’s Fitness Center; a  space created to support the health and wellness of the very people in our community, who dedicate their lives to taking care of others.

NCT performed a 6,000 SQFT build-out, designed and created specifically for UR Medicine’s staff, faculty, and students to include a cardio & strength training area, a natural-light exercise studio, lockers, shower and restroom, and more.
