PROJECT INFORMATION
Phase 1 of a Lab Renovation which included: a gowning room, IR Glass Lab, cleanroom ceiling grid & gasketed ceiling tiles, and a full height 30’ x100’ demising wall.
Mechanicals included: a new RTU to condition the space, nitrogen piping, emergency shower stations, compressed air, and a drainage pit/ pump. Electrical upgrades to power new equipment.
