When Albert Paley outgrew his studio space in the Cascade District, he turned to Nichols Construction Team for assistance in creating his new creative space. We worked with Mr. Paley’s project team to create a vibrant new space for inspiring, modeling and constructing Mr. Paley’s sometimes massive, always stunning creations. The Team transformed a long time vacant 40,000 sq. ft. industrial space into an environment to include Mr. Paley’s administrative, sales, display and construction/ assembly functions.
