Nichols Construction Team is proud to partner with Kaplan-Schmidt Electric on the construction of their new 80′ × 150′ × 18′ shop, complemented by a 36′ × 125′ office complex featuring covered entry porches, infloor radiant heat, and a durable post-frame structure designed for long-term performance.

With the building now standing, construction is progressing smoothly and each milestone reflects the planning, craftsmanship, and collaboration that drive every successful project. It’s rewarding to watch another vision become reality.
