07/13/2017: Nichols Construction Team constructed Klein Steel’s 157,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Steel Distribution Center. In 2008, we expanded it. 05/22/2017: Nichols Construction Team took on Garner Sammons, a Civil Engineering Technology intern from RIT. Prior, Garner served in the United States Marine Corps.

12/10/2012: Patrick O’Connor Retiring After Nearly 40 Years at Nichols Construction Team Patrick, originally from Ireland, joined the Nichols Construction Team in 1983. When he was 15, he began serving under a master carpenter in Ireland as an apprentice.
