Todd McMillan joined Nichols Construction Team in 2021, and brings 20+ years of experience in the industry. Todd recalls his childhood years being filled with his hands in the dirt, where he spent most of his time designing and building projects of one form or another. Therefore, to no surprise, his passion for creating from an early age was the driving force behind his chosen career path.
With having many years of direct hands-on experience in both the field, as well as, in management and design, Todd carefully views every angle of the project, ensuring the best solution is executed. His comprehensive knowledge and experience of both interior and exterior aspects of projects, also fully allows him to understand how one directly impacts the other. This knowledge base gives him a leg up in preventing unforeseen incidents from creeping up, and potentially delaying projects. You can rest assured with Todd’s profound dedication to providing excellent customer service, that your project will receive the highest level of care.
On a personal note, Todd loves his family and all things outdoors. When he is not hard at work, you will find him hiking, fishing, or hunting with his kids. He enjoys giving back to his small community in Richmond, where he coaches baseball and basketball, as well as leads the local Baseball Board of Directors.
