Business Development Manager
Jennifer Kump joined Nichols Construction Team in 2021. She is involved in a range of activities to help identify, track, and develop leads for new project opportunities. She also serves to support external business development and promotional events. Most importantly, she supports the company’s mission by building and establishing meaningful relationships within the community, while continuing to foster long-term relations with established clients. Jennifer has spent the past 25+ years practicing in the healthcare industry, as she has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Certification in Imaging and Physician Practice Management. The morals and values she embodied throughout her time serving in healthcare, not only align with, but will also serve to support The Nichols Team Culture, built on Integrity, Trust, Skill, and Pride.
In Jennifer’s free time, you can find her spending time on a sideline of a field cheering on her three children or traveling to visit them at college. You will also find her enjoying lake life, as she has a love of the water and boating.
