Penfield Country Club

Nichols Construction Team was proud to partner with UDN and Penfield Country Club on the construction of a new 40’ X 200’ X 16′ H post-frame maintenance facility designed to support the club’s day-to-day operations.

The new building provides dedicated space for:

• Equipment, Fertilizer & Chemical storage
• Office space
• Locker rooms
• Bathrooms with showers
• Laundry facilities
• Conference / Break room

Built for functionality, durability, and efficiency, this facility gives the maintenance team the space they need to keep Penfield Country Club looking its best every day.
