Project & Office Administrator
Olivia Findlay joined Nichols Construction Team in 2026 as Project & Office Administrator, providing administrative support for both project operations and the daily functions of the office. She works closely with Project Managers, Field Associates, Clients, and Strategic Partners to help keep projects organized, communication flowing, and day-to-day operations running efficiently.
Olivia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. John Fisher University in 2020. Her background in marketing, combined with her strong organizational skills and customer-focused approach, allows her to contribute to the professionalism, responsiveness, and collaborative culture that define Nichols Construction Team.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys running, skiing, spending time by the pool during the summer, and making memories with family and friends. She also serves as Event Coordinator for Lovin’ Cup, where she helps plan and coordinate events that bring people together in the Rochester community.
Olivia’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and Team-first mindset make her a valued member of Nichols Construction Team.
