Matt Cauwels

Project Superintendent

Matt is a life-long builder, having begun his career in carpentry at age 18. He has brought the Team over 30 years of commercial experience and specialized knowledge in the area of commercial renovation and build-outs.

Prior to joining the Team, Matt served on many varied projects as Forman/Superintendent.

His experience includes projects at:

SUNY Geneseo
SUNY Oswego
Hutching Psych Center
RIT, including projects at VCS, Grace Watson, and SAU

Most recently, Matt has lead interior renovation projects at Farash Place, a multi-tenant office building in the East End. Work included major renovations to all common areas and various tenant build-outs.

Currently, Matt is supervising renovations at Trillium Health Care.

Matt’s specialty is working seamlessly with our customers to ensure minimal disruption to their business functions throughout the course of renovations.
Matt is an avid fisherman – and a true family man. He cherishes time with his wife children and grandchildren!
