Office Manager & Project Administrator
Kristy has been an integral part of the team servicing the needs of a multitude of stakeholders, since September of 2018. As Office Manager she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office ensuring the needs of all Nichols Team associates and visitors are met.
As a Project Administrator, she works closely with our Project Managers, Design Professionals, Customers and Trade Contractors to deliver quality results for the benefit of each project. In addition, she is a significant support for our accounting department.
Above all, in our office, Kristy is the one who makes us “stop and smell the roses” when things get too chaotic. She makes sure we allow time for fun. Whether it is impromptu ice cream deliveries, pop-up BBQ’s (we have a nice grill), or insuring we make time to celebrate Associate milestones, Kristy reminds us to all take a moment to breath and smile. She truly embodies the Nichols Team Culture, as she is dedicated to providing all services in a prompt, courteous, professional manner, and always with her signature smile.
