Jennie joined the Team in 2009. Here at the Team, as Human Resource Administrator, Jennie supports our Associates in all matters relating to their benefits, health insurance, mandated training, company policies, associate relations.  In all cases, Jennie takes the time to fully understand any work-related issue an Associate may have – and dedicates herself to achieving optimum outcomes. Jennie is always there to provide customized pathways to solve any challenge. Jennie applies our Culture every day in support of our Associates. In addition, she manages all aspects of Project Administration including insurances, contracts, documentation, billings and many other supportive functions. Jennie’s work supports our Project Managers and Superintendents in their mission to deliver outstanding results for the benefit of our Customers and Strategic Partners.
